Relaxing experience
You're very going to adore this hotel. People in this place were courteous - I liked them. The check in service was applicable, the lobby was plushy, and also the crew in the room service were kind! I was amazed with this place and everything in it. And let's not forget, the room was extremely great. It is more then that one likes in a place like this.. I couldn't wait to leave!!!!

Overpriced
was completely displeased with it!! The overall hospitality here was lousy. The heating was not working when we were visiting there. The main lobby was shitty, I hated it, the reception desk was upsetting, and the bed was truly confining! I disliked the whole place. And there's more, the people there are terrible., I would not encourage Best Western Est Hotel Paris to everyone!!!!

Nice but small
I had an ordinary time at Best Western Est Hotel Paris. The water pipes were malfunctioning when we were lodging there. The front desk service was awful - I detested it, I was ok with how foul the bed was, the lobby looked exceptionally disappointing, and I just disdained the room service, it was honestly dreadful - I was sickened with everything this place offers. Add to that, the people to my right were terribly vulgar. If you look for an extraordinary hotel in Paris don't check into this one!!

Enormous but must get better couches in the rooms
Take my advice, you are going to be dissatisfied there!! As soon as I got to the hotel I knew I would dislike this place. The TV was malfunctioning when I was sleeping there. Everybody there were irritating - I hated it. I was not too happy with this hotel! - the room-service employees were irritating, the lobby was common, and the smell in the toilet was shitty. It's annoying! And especially with such type of a place. As a whole, I don't recommend this hotel!!!!
